[eml-dev] Style sheet for transforming EML 2.0.1 to EML 2.1.0

Last week you mentioned you might work on the style sheet which can 
transform eml 2.0.1 documents to eml 2.1.0 documents. I am just wondering 
how it is going. Would you please let me know?
