[eml-dev] JAXB or other object binding?

EML list,

Has anyone had any luck with generation of JAXB binding objects against 
EML?
I've tried several flavors of JAXB/xjc with no luck.   Has anyone else 
tried this, or any other XSD-to-Java-Class binding framework with EML?

[ERROR] cos-nonambig: "":describes and WC[##any] (or elements from their 
substitution group) violate "Unique Particle Attribution". During 
validation against this schema, ambiguity would be created for those two 
particles.
