[eml-dev] taxonomicClassification

Hi, Margaret:

Metacat keeps saying the eml210 document created by morpho is invalid if 
the document has taxonomic part. I double checked and found:

On 08/11/22, you updated eml-coverage.xsd:

  from <xs:element name="taxonomicClassification"
  type="TaxonomicClassificationType" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded"/>

to  <xs:element name="taxonomicClassification" 
type="TaxonomicClassificationType" maxOccurs="unbounded">

Now, it seems to me taxonomicClassification is required but it was 
optional. However, morpho still thinks it is optional. Do you have some 
special reason to do this? If you do, I have to change morpho code too.
