[eml-dev] [Bug 3445] New: - stmml.xsd non-deterministic

im not sure whether stmml schema bugs ought to be reported in eml's 
bugzilla.

i would say that the stmml developers would be more efficient, as there 
is not
much we can do about it unless those guys want to act on it.
