[eml-dev] EML parser

Hi Matt -
Earlier you had said that Jing would be able to work on the eml parser 
after kepler was released and the eml-related metacat bugs were fixed 
(i.e., v1.8.1). I an wondering if we are getting closer to that point. 
Can you bring us up to date? Here is the bug:

This is the main issue preventing release of EML2.1.0
