[eml-dev] [Bug 585] - internationalization needed in EML

eclectic.  I recommend that anyone who is interested in these sorts of
discussions about metadata in general (such as these language issues) and
EML in particular should subscribe to the EML mailing list, where many
issues of this sort are discussed:
