[eml-dev] eml style sheets in morpho

They are the same style sheets, but I think they are different versions that
have been archived for supporting each EML version in Morpho. I don't think
anyone has tested the new XSL files in Morpho in a long time, so some of the
parameterization needed for them to work in Morpho may have been eliminated
-- we'd have to see. At a minimum, we'd probably have to deal with the new
refactoring of eml.xsl to factor out emlroot.xsl.
