[eml-dev] eml implementations

Hi,

Today I was asked for a list of EML implementations and I realized that 
I don't have a very complete list.  Here's the list that I compiled and 
sent.  Does anyone know of others?  Or do you know of URLs for the TERN 
or other EAP implementations?  I'll compile a final list and send it
