[eml-dev] precision

precision was required in EML 2.0.0 -- are you sure your document says 
it is an EML 2.0.1 document?  Morpho currently generates EML 2.0.0 
documents, so unless you explicitly change it you would see that error. 
  You can find out what the document type is by looking at the EML 
namesapce at the top of the XML document.
