EML index file

Aaron,

Thanks -- we'll fix that on the next EML revision that is needed, which
might be a while.

I think it would be wonderful if Ecological Archives were to support
EML2 for the data submitted there. It is much richer than using HTML
for the metadata. The problem of course is that people would need an
easy to use interface for generating the metadata. I've talked a bit
with Bill Michener about the possibility of making Morpho, or a modified
version of Morpho, available for submitting Ecological Archives data.
Hopefully we should be able to move ahead with something like that
sooner rather than later. Any ideas on how to make promote an idea like
that within the ESA?

Matt
