[Bug 1136] New: - kelvin conversion incorrect in unit dictionary

Hi.

I get 
Tc = 5/9(Tf) - 17.778 
and
Tk = 5/9(Tf) - 17.778 + 273.15
or
Tk = 5/9(Tf) + 255.372

where c, f, and k indicate celsius, fahrenheit, and kelvins
