Literature Inconsistency

Hi All,

In preparing to map JRN metadata to EML 2 RC1 I have found some apparent
discrepancies in the way that literature name spaces are tagged (or
referenced). Some EML modules use the prefix 'cit:' and others use
'lit:'. I am not sure if this matters. But I thought I would bring it up
in case consistency matters.
