repeating textType?

Hi.

I'm looking at the RC1 png's for dataset, protocol, methods, and
researchProject.  Everywhere TextType occurs, it's cardinality is listed
as one to infinity.  I think this is an error.  When we had paragraph,
it made sense for it to repeat.  But TextType is explicitly a wrapper
for paragraphs (and other things).  There is no need for it to repeat,
and in fact, some confusion arises if it does.  It's cardinality should
always be exactly one.  Even in methods, (especially in methods!) if you
want to serialize a description, you should create extra methodSteps,
not repeat the methodStep/description(txt).
