Thanks, everyone, for being so prompt. Welcome to James Brunt
(brunt at ecoinformatics.org) as a new member of the EML project with write
access. The votes are tallied below -- unanimous support of a 2/3
quorum, so it passes.
James, you now have write access to the EML module. Please use care in
what you commit to be sure to not overwrite other people's
contributions. Discussing controversial changes through Bugzilla and/or
eml-dev is a good idea before committing.
