Ok belay this last message...i just recreated the changes by hand. Now i
have 4 changed files and two with a C that i cant commit. Ive gone through
and stripped out the diff stuff, but I cant make the C go away.
I have to go, but ill try again later. let me know if you make any changes
to dataset, resource, methods, protocol, attribute or entity......

Subject: cvs problem
Hi...im in the middle of a cvs mess again. I think ive successfully merged
all the changes related to the protocol/project bug except for the latest
version of the eml-methods.xsd file...that one seems to have been lost and
the most recent one i can get is 1.2 from either branch. This does not have
last weeks chanages, so there must be another. I havent checked in these
other modified files because they wont work until the right eml.methods file
is found. If anyone check it out and has a local version that has a
procedureStep complex type defined in it, that is the version that should
have been in the prospective changes branch. CVS isnt really saving much
time. i wish id just made a separate directory and handled it locally. Ill
try later to reconstruct all this but if anyone can find that file, let me
know. It seems to be gone from the server if it ever was there and has now
overwritten my local file with the older one from the head
