additional dictionary units, DayOfYear

here are some additional units that I'd like to see in the dictionary.

dayOfYear

DayOfYear has a domain of 1 to 366, equivalent to xs:gMonthDay.  Should
it go in the unit dictionary, or can we express it under
FormattedDateTimeUnit as DDD?  Actually, it's not a date and it's not a
duration.  It's a recurring interval, that implies a date when
associated with a Year (which unfortunately will be in a separate
field).
