Done. AttributeDomain is now nested within measurementScale, so it can be
required across the board, and the right type of attributeDomain (numericDomain,
nonDumericDomain, DateTimeDomain) is possible depending on the measurement
scale.  Unit and precision are similarly dependent onthe measurement scale.
