EML 2.0 - update

EML 2. 0 Update:

The review of EML Release Candidate 2 has been proceeding well. The 
contributions of several of the LTER IM's in addition to Peter 
McCartney, most notably Tim Bergsma and Ken Ramsey and a former LTER IM, 
Scott Chapel, have been invaluable.

While the initial timetable called for a target release date of October 
28,  problems with two critical components of eml-attribute: unit and 
attributeDomain are causing us to delay the release. You can find
