stmml unitDictionary

Hi,

I've spent the better half of the day trying to figure out the examples
that STMML folks sent us and reworking our unit dictionary so that the
conversions that we want to do are possible. I've reorganized the
entire dictionary by unitType. There is a comment next to each unitType
that tells you which unit is the SI base unit for that type. Every unit
in the dictionary now has a multiplierToSI attribute that tells you how
to convert that unit to the base SI unit. I think this dictionary
should now work for the conversion purposes that we want.

I need someone who is good with algebra to check my conversion factors.
I'm afraid my algebraic skills have gotten pretty bad in the last couple
years (they were never great to start with) so I'm sure I made a lot of
mistakes in figuring the conversion factors for the units....especially
for the units with more than two dimensions. Could someone please
volunteer to check these for me?

Peter--let me know what you think about the conversion stuff. We can
chat about it on IRC on Monday.

have a great weekend,

chad
