vote for ken, and tim is approved...

OK, well, while I was traveling the membership votes for Tim Bergsma and 
Ken Ramsey came up.  So, I'd like to cast an approve for Tim and an 
approve for Ken. They've both been doing a lot to help out.

Not enough people have voted yet for Ken's membership.  We need at least 
8 people to vote, and currently only 6 have voted (see tally below). 
Could David, Dan, Chris, Peter, and Mark cast a vote soon so that we can 
include Ken in the contributors list for this upcoming EML release if he 
is approved?  Thanks.

With my votes, we have a quorum for Tim, and we can add him to the EML 
project memebers list, and give him CVS write access.  I will do that ASAP.

Remember, the possible votes you can cast are:
approve     -- support the membership fully
whatever    -- don't know, or don't care enough to approve or object
disapprove  -- object -- this veto's the vote

To pass, at least 2/3 of the members must vote (8) and 2/3 of those must 
be approve votes with no disapprove votes cast.
