online eml parser

yeah, i think that this as a web service would be quite useful. The optional
error messages are the potential value. imagine having an app that requires
some aspects of eml to be valid, but doesnt care about others. a service
that can give some meaningful info to say that this file is usable despite
not being valid would be cool.
