eml-software

Are we calling the root of eml-software "softwarePackage" or
"software".  I thought we had agreed on the standard of the root element
being just the name of the module without the "eml-" on it.  I've found
contradicting namespaces and element names is various places.  I just
changed them all to be simply "software" so that everything will
validate.  Is there a problem with this?
