EML changes

Hi all,

We're trying to get EML modules together for the beta9 release, and so 
need the individual module changes that were assigned in bugzilla 
asap...perhaps by the end of the day today, or at the latest tomorrow 
morning.  This will allow for some time to include the major structural 
syntax changes that replaces package triples.  So, please check in your 
modules, or send changes to the list.
