planning the eml beta9 release

Hi,

We targeted three weeks from Sevilleta to get out the beta9 release. 
That will be this Friday.  I'd like to get a sense of whether everyone 
will be able to complete their changes by the end of this week?  I think 
that I will be able to get mine done by Friday.  Could you all update 
your bugzilla bugs with the current status of your work so that we can 
all assess what is left to be done?

If others are close like me then we could try to put together the 
release on Monday.
