Hey Scott,

Xanthoria is a distributed query system that uses EML as its main
transport mechanism. It can be configured to use various relational
models and other storage systems, and uses XPath to search EML. Details
are at:

http://cochise.asu.edu/bdi/Subjects/Xanthoria/index.htm

I don't know if it will be open source -- I think peter intends for it
to be eventually, but I haven't seen the code on the web yet.
