need to agree on how to express URL

Good point.  I agree.

I think we want to limit entries in these fields to URL semantics, so I 
propose that we consistently use "onlineURL" and get rid of the 
onlineLink element name.  Comments? If no, can whomever owns the bugs 
for party take care of this change?  Thanks.
