EML 2.0.0 Beta 8 Release

Hello EML-DEV,

EML 2.0.0 Beta 8 has been released and is now available for download on 
the Ecoinformatics.org web site.  See 
http://knb.ecoinformatics.org/software/eml for details.  All changes and 
updates are noted in the README file.  All documentation for the release 
is available at http://knb.ecoinformatics.org/software/eml/eml20docs/ as 
well as being bundled with the release zip file.
