[ecoinfo] Invitation to contribute to the TDWG Workshop/ Demo "Software Solutions for Data Management in biodiversity research projects"

Dear colleagues,

we would like to draw your attention to the TDWG 2014 conference in
Jönköping, Sweden (27-31/10/2014; conference info under
http://www.tdwg.org/conference2014/) and invite you to contribute at the
Data Management Workshop  "Software solutions for data management in
biodiversity research projects" with a short lecture and software demo.

The idea is to have producers of tools and software for managing,
sharing, and archiving research data in the biodiversity domain present
their solution, share their experience and get in touch with users.

The session will be in two parts (2 x 90min):

First part with introduction of all software/tools in a short
presentation (5-10min).

Second part with individual, side-by-side demos of software/tools
("software bazaar").
