[ecoinfo] Morpho 1.8.0 release

We are pleased to announce the release of Morpho 1.8.0, an open source
application for managing and sharing scientific data through the creation of
structured metadata (data documentation). Morpho enables scientists to
document and manage their data locally and enables data sharing among
scientists through Metacat servers throughout the world. This release
emphasizes compatibility with other tools through new import and export
features, including the ability to export to the Biological Data Profile
metadata standard. The new release of Morpho can be downloaded from:

* Export EML data packages as different metadata language standards
(Biological Data Profile).
* Import an EML file on local file system as a new data package.
* Save incomplete data packages during New Data Package Wizard and Data
Table Wizard.
* Recover previously entered metadata if New Data Package Wizard/Data Table
Wizard fails before saving a complete data package.
* Remove obsolete profiles on Morpho

* Deleting row of taxonomic info in DPW prevents selection of other rows(bug

* Selecting columns is very slow (bug 1777)
* Morpho incorrectly tries to insert rather than update when trying to save
revised data packages on the network (bug  2193)

* methodStep creation error(bug 2280)
* Custom unit does not always create the needed <additionalMetadata> tags
(bug 2988)
* Dialogue Boxes Cause Underlying Window to Freeze (bug 4417)
* Morpho installer freezes when it creates short cut on windows 64-bit
machine (bug 4422)
* Export fails to create html with attribute information (bug 4426)
* Need a minimum display of access order in Access page (bug 4459)
* MS access file importing leads an invalid eml-2.1.0 document (bug 4537)
* When upgrading from 2.0.1, morpho did not catch empty <offline> element
(bug 4646)
