[ecoinfo] Metacat 1.9.2 released by NCEAS

NCEAS (http://www.nceas.ucsb.edu/ecoinfo) is pleased to announce its new
release of Metacat (1.9.2).

Metacat is a flexible storage, search, and display system for scientific
data and associated metadata documents. Metacat is an open source project,
and we welcome contributions to the system in many forms, including new
features, code fixes, and documentation, among others. The new release of
Metacat can be downloaded from:
